TOUR GUIDE AUDIO EQUIPMENT – USER MANUAL


1. Equipment Contents

The rental set includes the following items:

  • 30 Receivers with individual earpieces

  • 2 Transmitters with headset microphones

  • 1 Charging stations with power cable

  • Transport and storage case

2. Turning On and Pairing Devices

  • Power On – Switch the power button to ON

    • Blue light – Fully charged and ready to use

    • Red light – Low battery or charging in progress

  • Transmitter setup: Select the desired channel using the CH+ / CH- buttons.

  • Switch the power button to LOCK to prevent changing the channel.

  • Receiver setup: Set the receiver to the same channel as the transmitter.

  • Once both devices are on the same channel, the sound should be clear and audible through the earpiece.

3. Charging Instructions

  • Place all receivers and transmitters into the charging station.

  • Typical charging time: 4–6 hours.

  • Red light – Charging in progress.

  • Blue light – Fully charged.

  • Important: Do not leave the devices charging for more than 12 hours continuously.

  • Remember to place receivers and transmitters on the correct side and turn them off.

4. Using the Equipment During a Tour

  • The transmitter should be worn close to the mouth, with the microphone positioned 1–2 cm away from the lips.

  • Receivers can be clipped to clothing or carried in hand or placed on the head.

  • Range: up to 100 meters (330 ft) in open space.

  • Avoid placing devices near mobile phones or Wi-Fi routers to prevent signal interference.

  • Use only in dry weather conditions – protect the equipment from rain or moisture.

5. After Use

  • Power off all devices by switching the power button to OFF.

  • Remove earpieces and place them securely.

  • Wipe devices with a dry, soft cloth.

  • Return all components to the carrying case in their original slots.

  • Charge all units before the next use.

  • Clean earpieces with soft alcohol pads.

  • Do not expose the equipment to direct sunlight, water, or extreme temperatures.

  • Use only the original charging station and cables.

  • Never use wet hands to plug or unplug the power adapter.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

8. Damage and Loss Fees

In the event of damage, loss, or destruction of any equipment component, the Lessee agrees to reimburse the Lessor according to the replacement value listed below:

All prices are based on the current retail value of the AGJ Wireless Tour Guide System as listed on Amazon at the time of this agreement.

The Lessor may provide documentation of current market prices upon request.

9. Quick Use Summary

  • Turn on transmitter and receivers.

  • Match channels on all devices.

  • Switch to LOCK position.

  • Blue light = fully charged.

  • Attach microphone and earpieces.

  • Keep range within 100 meters.

  • After the tour: turn off, charge, and return to case.
